A car's yesterday rolled over one of my feets' finger while I was on the bike.. hence I am having pain there.. looking for some valuable suggestion

I m unknown activity in my leg lower region in palm like my leg is turning in downward direction from palm region

Is overweight cause knee pain?? Is that the only reason? I am 30 years old and I am having knee pain these days a lot.. After my second child I have put on weight and I am over weight now, what can I follow to reduce my pain and should I go to doctor, it's been 1 year that this problem is coming to me on and off. Please suggest what is the best thing to do.
