Bone & Muscle problems

I met with minor accident on 4th Sept 2018 and had injury in the right leg's Knee. The wound recovered within 25 days but swelling is still around the knee. My Dr has told me to do exercises. Every thing is OK in the X-Ray Report. I have problem in completly bending my right leg. Swelling and little bit pain is there. Please give me best suggetion. Thankyou.

I am facing severe body ache in almost entire body, specially on the top back portion below my shoulder on both sides and on both thighs. Also in past few months there has been severe pain on my feet right ankle.. which becomes acute in the mornings when i wake up or when i stand up after being idle for long time.. i have beed ignoring it for few months thinking it should go but it is now increasing with every day. I am a healthy person otherwise with no serious trouble or medical history and with 5 feet 9 inch height and 77kg weight. I does walk around 5km in entire day in parts take 15-20'floors stairs. Plz suggest about the reason of the pain in ankles, thigh and top back portion

Hi sir Please find pre and post x-ray of my child forarm fracture and please confirm bone a are fix by doctor is OK? Please confirm I how many days plaster we can remove? What precousion we can fallow? And I any problem in future ? And also I seems one bone are comes out .Please confirm it's OK?

Can vitamin D be checked through finger prick method ? If yes what is it called ? I am a medical graduate currently doing my internship. My grandmother told me that she went to a MS for routine check up and for getting a fitness certificate for a tour and the doctor checked her vit d levels through finger prick and gave an injection for it. I have never heard about the rapid tests for vitamin d. Please guide me for this !

Is there any chance of increase in height. If there is please suggest me with for the same as I wanted to
