I am a 34 year old man, who is very fit otherwise. But since last 3 days i am having lot of calf pain. what are calf pain reasons? i dont want to be able to miss my daily squash and disrupt my fitness routine. please suggest treatment too.

Pain in the left shoulder blade muscles. Mostly pain is high in the morning after waking up. Had neck pain too but it's gone now since it was a swelling due to stretching done wrong.

Hi, we took x-ray of both knees today and showed to doctor and he suggested for surgery of proximal fibular osteotomy. So please advise is it really necessary. X-rays attached for reference.

My daughter is a dancer and she twisted her ankle about over a week ago during a performance and was diagnosed with a sprain and muscle strain. She's been advised rest for 3 weeks and to use an aircast but still has mobility issues and can't walk without a limp. Its now painless but it's been about 10 days and we're worried it may be a ligament injury instead and are seeking a second opinion.
