Bone & Muscle problems

I feel pain in my left knee while clinbing stairs and after exercise. I never had a fall in past 2,3 years nor any kind of injury to knee. Although i went to gym 2years before and am having tailbone issues due to overexertion in gym ever since. But this knee joint pain is a recent problem since past one month. I feel vibration in left knee when i raise my leg. Alsi such vibration is felt in right knee as well although there is no pian in right knee as of now. What should i do? I am overweight 89kgs and 5ft 4inches tall

Respected Sir / Madam I had pain in the left hand index finger while pressing on the top of the finger.. The pain is severe when pressed the top of finger.. I m sufering this from the 10days still now the pain occurs.. No pus formation is visible ..please go through the problem and tell solution

Is steroid injection must for l5 s1 disc bulge mild to moderate protrusion? I am suffering from lower back pain from 2 months and previously calf pain for 6 months normal MRI for knee but MRI for lumbar spine shows l5 s1 disc bulge mild to moderate and l4 l5 disc bulge mild and radiaties along the left leg.. Feel numbness mainly left leg second toe..Can exercise does not help without minimally invasive surgery?

My mother suffering with ra from last 10yrs 2yrs back onwards she have bp, diabetes she using medicines for that, but last 2 months suffering with fever and vomitings admitted in nims hospital hyderabad they told attacks tb and given medicines for that but she have still continue vomitings she is very sick doctor s told stop all medicines for 4 days she is now very difficult moving heavy body pains.can you please Suggest me.
