Last week I had to lift something very heavy and carry it down through the staircase.. since then, I m not able to sit and work. Also I feel something very rigid at the bottom of my back. Please help me know how long will this pain last for? I hv been placing hot pack and applying roll on. But with no use

Hlo doctor my mom's age is 54years...she is now suffereing from the severe pain in the whole body...blood test was done in which the calcium is 8 and vitamin d is 13...she is now unable to standup or walk...i have been given her medicine shelcal 500mg  once a day and chaleocalciferol vitamin d capsule once a week and her haemoglobin is 8 ...till she is not getting relief from the pain and weakness in the bones..what should i do so that she can stand properly...help me

I came across a medicine "Joint Expert Glucosamine Chondroitin with MSM (For Cartilage) - 240 Capsules" Can you please suggest me if it is good or not. Suggest me some other medication please.
