Patellafemoral pain syndrome
I had patellafemoral pain syndrome 1 month ago .Now the injury is healed and there is no pain, can I start jogging or running. Will it harm or can I run as 1 month is over ?

You should start with  mild exercises & gradually builf up  your stamina .
