I am suffering from Piriformis syndrome, can somebody please suggest a good doctor who has experience in curing it. I have already been to two doctors, but it hasn't helped.

Piriformis Syndrome - Do you have difficulty in legs crossing(cross leg). Which leg? Profession? Do you feel any bump in the gluts? Can help.

Muscle stretches. But if too much pain due to tight muscle, then an injection- ultrasound guidance into the triggers/spasms if any.

Health Tips

Can check for yourself if it is actually Piriformis . Lie down on the bed. Watch the ankle of the leg with pain. It's usually deviating out.
