I am having immense strain and very severe pain while walking,and seating, and my buttock muscles are paining badly, and that pain spreading down towards the ankle as well, the muscle pain occurs now and then often wile even doing nothing.

I think you should get a x-ray of lumbosacral spine bcoz these sort of muscle pulls are caused by vertebral shift of one over other and speak to spinal Surgeon
