Elastic bandage or knee brace, which is better for ACL sprain grade 1 ? How many months it has to be worn ?

Hi My right shoulder pops when I raise it or move it round i think mu shoulder is rotated i cant even turn my head to right side my upper shoulder hurts so what should i do ? Thanks

Pain in shoulder.but able to move and is sudden shooting pain.could not pinpoint the pain. It occasionally at 20 minute intervals.

Neck pain like a sprain cant move neck freely and swelling found in back of neck and shoulders and this problem is quite often from past 2 years

I just started going to gym and seems I did some extreme exercise y'day (3 Day of my gym) since then I have developed severe pain in back side of my right shoulder (could be in infraspinatus or nearby muscles). I couldn't sleep well due to this pain.  Don't have other symptom in other part of body. Could you pls suggest me on this condition ?

Have pain in the heel of my legs for 1 week. Heel of both legs swell today. Got blood test done for Uric acid and report shows 7.2mg/dl. I am having painkiller for the pain in my legs Emanzen D. Please suggest further medication on this.

I am suffering from an severe back pain which includes chest pain also at times while sleeping. I have an desk job sitting on chair with laptop in frnt.
