I am professional middle distance runner. I got pain in knee from 10-15 days. I does mri of my knee . Report show that i have lateral doscoid menicus tear partially .what should i do to fix this problem. Kindly help me.

Hi In how many days fracture forearm are healing complete? I any problem in future ? What precusion we take after removal of plaster?

My mother who works in a school has been suffering from severe " backpain " for years now it has become worse  and she has visited allopathy doctors and was given some medicines .though,she took those medicines she is severely suffering.i would like to see my mother with no such problems .is there any permanent solution for this problem .sir.? The left hand little finger is slightly bent and is there for last 1 month. I thought is would be healed and get back to original shape but then it shows no improvement.

Hi Doc, i have been regular in exercise and running from last 4 years. Yesterday i went for a swim and started developing knee pain in my left kee afterwards. Today its become worse and i am limping while walking. The pain is more towards the left side of knee cap. What to do? Regards,

I have already done X ray ,USG, MRI and two different types of blood test also. And all the reports are normal.Myself taken the calcium medicine for three months and pain killer incase of unbeatable pain .

3 years before had blunt hit on left knee patella in road traffic accident , Had pain and locked knee then ,, MRI then showed partial thickness tear of acl, Done with three consecutive MRIs after a gap of every 6 months each which showed normal MRI showing with everything normal, Now having continuous knee pain past four months which Normalises when I apply hot water , x ray done now showed Reduced joint gap in the left side of left knee , What should I do ??? Please help!!!

My left knee pains when i sit for longer duration. Pain is around side and back of the knee. Also sometimes it gives cracking sound when put pressure for exercise. I had ligament tear on same leg down at ankle few years back. I play tennis 4 days a week. Please suggest.
