Bone & Muscle problems

I got a major fracture in my right leg in year 2013. After been operated without any plates or rod, I dealt with pain while walking sometimes. But from past one week I am getting continuous pain in whole of my leg.. Need to know if there is any exercise necessary for that or any other treatment. Please suggest.

I feel like less power in my knees and foot always warm. I cannot stand for a long time, or cannot walk long distances. I do not do any outdoor activities and hardly takes good sleep. I know I m stressed which has effect on my personal life. Is it BP issue as my mother is having this issue.

Hi, my age is 22 from last 1 week I am feeling tingling in my left leg below knee, it's painful and when I told to friend he asked to check for sugar as I drink 5-10 cup tea daily. I checked glucomoter and it came 98 RBS. Still, I am feeling same pain. Kindly suggest me something. Also, my friend given 2 painkiller and still same.

Good afternoon Dr. From one month, while i sleep i feel sudden shocked in my head and after that i feel whole room is spinning for a few second, i have done XRay cervical spine lateral view by consulting my local Dr. Where the Xray reports says everything is normal just CERVICAL LORDOSIS IS MILDLY REDUCED So,my Dr. doesn't gave any medicine just told me do some regular exercise. But my problem is that while i sleep i feel sudden shocked in my head and feel whole room is spinning it last for few sec but this type of attack of spinning problem goes 2 to 3 times daily now it is increasing day by day. Please tell me what to do? Thank you

I am having problems with my spine. My entire spine have become stiff and I feel uncomfort in my waist and upper back . I feel pain in the lumber and thoracic region whenever there is a jerk during movement specially I feel pain while going by car and in bad roads and while crossing a speed breaker. The pain is mild to severe occasionally. I am having spinal discomfort for the last fifteen years. Consulted Doctors including orthopaedic but condition didn't improve. Rather it is deteriorating. Kindly advise whom to consult.
