Hi i went to an orthopedic for ankle pain.. The pain specially occurs after waking up & while walking.. He advised me warm water treatment which is helping. However, he gave me some medicines which included T-Heal tablets which was non-veg category.. I m a pure vegetarian so can u please suggest me any alternative of that tablet under veg category..

Hi sir Please find my child forearm flactured pre post  x-ray .please check and confirmed bone are fix properly by doctor? Please also confirm in how many days plaster will remove? And any precusion for future? And after removal of plaster she'll use our hand as usual?
