I had an acl surgery in March this year but recently I have started feeling just like it was before surgery, while stretching my leg there is a lot of pain in my right knee, I did mri yesterday to see if everything was fine , as per the findings in mri it reveals minimal joint effusion with: Acl post construction with edema along fibers. No obvious acl tear. Grade 2 signal in medial meniscus.

How was your rehabilitation. It should be gradual with running and squatting to be delayed beyond 8 months. It is crucial perios of rehbilitation during which time ACL regenerates over graft. Also assess your quadriceps power.
