Bone & Muscle problems

I have had my tibia and fibula completely fractured on 5 October 2017 due to an accident, IM Nailing was done on 6 October 2017 with 5 interlocking bolts, two on the knee end and three on ankle end. I got all the 5 interlocking bolts removed on 24 June 2018 as it was hurting on just below the knee. The thigh muscles are still bit weak as compared to left leg though i exercise regularly. The main problem is when i walk, i get a sharp pain just below the knee (at points from where the bolts were inserted/removed & at patellar tendonitis point) Its been 1 year now, the bones which broke are completely healed. Its just the knee pain which is not going. I really want to get back playing football again but i cannot run as it pains (sometimes mild, sometimes sharp) due to which i run limping. Please suggest. Hi, My daughter has sprained her left feet.. she studies in hostel.. x-ray been done.. no fracture.. it's been 15 days. She still having slight pain and swelling..she is hurt below her last three fingers. Joint.. I have done ice pack and hot water.. what more can I do.

My RA is normal and 25 OH D is 18.8, kindly suggest a supplement, i have intermittent joint aches and pain.

Good evening sir, My mother had shoulder pain and she checked orthopedist. But he said that she is alright and after that we made check to M.B.B.S. doctor but at starting feel good but now not relief from pain and try many type of oil. But not relief. and pain old 9 month. Please sir tell me any prescription... Thank You..

My left shoulder has restricted movement. I cannot take my left arm back and cannot lift the upper arm from shoulder. The range is very restricted and is extremely painful. What should I do. I got some sessions of physiotherapy done but did not get any relief. Please advise

Pain deep within my shoulder probably joint or nerve, pain starts at some specific movement of my left hand, tends to lose control sometimes, ocassional pain for many years but this time a little severe, sometimes cant point out the exact location of pain all throughout my left hand.

I am having pain in neck and left shoulder join since last 10 days. It remains high in the morning and graually decreases till evening.
