Severe pain and swelling in left knee
I've severe pain and big swelling in left knee joint. My Uric acid count of last week is 9.3. I also got high fever with inflammation. Extremely difficult to walk and even sleeping got difficult due to pain as I keep changing positions of the left feet to make myself somewhat comfortable. Please help urgently.

This seems to be an acute episode of gouty arthritis. Apply ice packs and seek an opinion from an orthopaedic doctor who can decide how to medically manage the gout and how to manage the knee joint (may need aspiration)
