Regular jogging - Experiencing knee pain
I am a 31 year old female who has participated in 5 to 6 kms marathons recently and aspire to be a regular participant for future as well I jog daily for 5 kms at a decent  speed of 8 kmph in my society .  However for the  past 10 days or so, my knees have started to pain They pain while am asleep as well Please suggest the next course of action.i don't want to give up jogging.

1. Increase your stamina both for speed and duration gradually. 2. Take a balanced diet. 3. do hot fomantation  on the  aching site. 4. Don't  do hard massage on aching  muscles. 5. You  may take  occasional tab. Of paracetamol, if pain bothers too much.
