My query is related to the knee pain which I am facing quite often.
On December 3, 2017, I weighed 84 kg and from that date I begin to jog and do some training in the park. On Feb 8, 2018 my weight has come down to 74. So, basically in this time interval I lost 10 kg. But now a days I am frequently coming across knee pain whenever I jog. So, please tell me what areas should I need to focus now.

Basically going by your symptoms it seems to be because of aggressive weight training you have gone through has lead t o this problem ,better consult a physiotherapist and learn some stretching exercise and if not getting relief better consult a doctor
