I have shoulder blade pain and muscle pains. And overall body pains somtimes.... Pain radiating different parts of body

It's regarding my sister she's 41yrs old undergone a spinal surgery 5yrs back,now she's not able to do her household or routine work.doctors say it will b like this only.I tried ayurvedic treatment too but they have took ther handoff too.I need help

My baby forehand flectured 5 days ago and same has been plastered .please share precusion ,food to heal faster ,physical activity to fit body,is any problem if forehand move ? Is any problem in future after plaster remove?

I am vishal sinha, age 43, have been suffering from knee pain(left knee) from last 6 months. MRI reports suggest that the gap between the the joints has reduced and it is the early stage of osteo arthritis. I went to orthopedic doc who examined and suggested that I should go for Platelet Rich Plasma( PRP therapy) injection. All NSAID failed to provide proper relief. Pls suggest should I go for PRP or try some alternative like ayurvedic or homeopathic treatment for cartilage regeneration. I there any side effect or complication involved with PRP. Kly advise.

Pain in leg joints and muscles below leg (Lower leg). After playing cricket or running. It intensify but not unbearable. And will be there for two days only and after that it becomes normal.

She has undeveloped calf muscle and bone on her left leg, she can walk but not properly, we want treatment as soon as possible.
