Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, Recently i have gone through a blood test. From that day there is a constant pain in my shoulder and i feel cracking of bones also.

My father is diagnosed with migraine... He is under medication and now he is suffering from sever pain in his right shoulder... He is not even in a condition to move his hand properly... What should he do ??

I have a pulling shoulder pain on left side and litely neck pain. If we raise up hand it hurts.

Whenever I try to lift my hands upwards, it pains arround shoulder. I do not exercise at all. My routine is to get up, get ready, go to office, come back and sleep. Is this related to not doing physical activity or any deficiences ?

I have pain in my right shoulder like stinging and stiffness sometimes. The pain is more if I sit in same position for a while.

I have attached my x-ray of left n right legs. I am suffering from calcaneal spur. In April I had this problem. I took steroid injection. Now it feel like I have again suffering from this problem. Is there any permanent treatment not available?? Why this is so difficult to cure?? What are the treatment for this??.any food diet will help?? Please suggest. Thank you

I am suffering with ankle sprain since years and spent alot of money but no use. I have undergone for MRI scan also. It's confirmed that it's an ankle sprain. Seems i need to go with PRP treatment. Could someone please help me to get this treatment in less cost effectively. So that I will get out of this pain and financially also. Please help... Thanks in advance.
