Sir plzz check xray and suggest me ki sir heal ho jayega completely ki ni plzzz suggest me an how much time toh heal

The right side of my ribs are bent outwards. This causes the entire right side of my upper body to develop faster than the left side (chest, shoulders, back, etc). Is there anyway I can fix it?
