  4. Felt while walking on steps. As well.

Felt while walking on steps.
My brother has felt while walking on steps.He has been suffering from pain since one week.We have MRI scan as well.we just want to cure the injury as soon as possible.Medication /knee pad is enough to cure the injury or surgery is definitely needed? Can anyone please suggest as it is urgent. I have attached the MRI report as well.if surgery is needed how much it will cost please mention the expected quote as well. Thank you.
