POTT's spine(L1andL2)
My wife aged 58 yrs is suffering from POTT's spine and taking anti TB medicine sch 9 supplied by government since three months.By side effects she is having severe pain and muscles pulling in both legs and thighs and can't sleep overnight.Tab etoshine 90mg ,symbal 20 mg añd gabator NT is taking under consultation with neuro surgeon but little improvement. Is there any other medicine for rapid recovery.MRI report is attached for your reference.

It is not advisable to take tb medication without confirming with biopsy. The symptoms may be due to increase in disease process.
Next Steps
Show the mri films. Plan for a biopsy, confirm the disease and take appropriate treatment
