Went to doctor, did excerices , took physiotherapy for 5 days and after that IFT for for 4 days but it's 1 month after that I have been doing exercises and using hot bag and I have computer work and in middle I stretch back but still pain, earlier it was more now it's less but constant, in middle I felt very low pain just 1 week ago now once again it's same. Please suggest if anything.
