Bone & Muscle problems

My mother has knee pain doctor said knee bone erosion is started so given some tablets... can it be cured with tablets ??? What kind of exercises recommendable for my mother plz help me

3 years before had blunt hit on left knee patella in road traffic accident , Had pain and locked knee then ,, MRI then showed partial thickness tear of acl, Done with three consecutive MRIs after a gap of every 6 months each which showed normal MRI showing with everything normal, Now having continuous knee pain past four months which Normalises when I apply hot water , x ray done now showed Reduced joint gap in the left side of left knee , What should I do ??? Please help!!!

My left knee pains when i sit for longer duration. Pain is around side and back of the knee. Also sometimes it gives cracking sound when put pressure for exercise. I had ligament tear on same leg down at ankle few years back. I play tennis 4 days a week. Please suggest.

Hello Sir/Medam, I have some issues with joints & blood. 4 years ago I suffered a shoulder dislocation following by another shoulder dislocation. I consulted a local Arthopedician and he informed me that I have Hyper mobility issue with joints due to ligaments. 1 year later I suffered a disc bulge problem which I reduced to a great extent. I have been working in an mnc total night shifts which caused other issues like anemia. I now joined a Gym, started working out to get fit. I am fond of medication for fitness. Is it ok for me to take Iron/Folic acid tablets & calcium tablets? Or let me know best medication that supports my health making better from above issues. Thank you

I have severe back problem. However it got worse with time. I have a problem for sagging breasts and I feel that back pain increases with them sagging. I tried several types of bras however nothing helped. Now the situation is if i wear bra it gives me pain in shoulders and if i dont pain is in back. Whichever is the situation, I m always in pain.
