Hi, today i fall from a balcony at back side my back is now paining. I had a short problem of asthma attack. My question is what should i take to remove the pain instead of pain killers for long run Is ice or heating is helpful?

Hello, I have recently been diagnosed with cervical, it is mostly straightening of spine. Is this irreversible? Also please suggest some sleeping positions as it is getting extremely difficult to sleep.

I hurt my knee accidentally, initially it doesn't pain but after two days it swell and pain ,I can't fold my legs ...I applied ice after two days..And wearing a knee support...But it's been 3 week now the sweeling n pain doesn't go...Also I have a 10 months baby so I have to do all the stuff ...Please suggest what should I do...

Im having back pain since a week now. I starts from my shoulders and reaches till the lower back and at times till the legs and also arms. i only have pain while i'm either lying, or while sitting with a back rest like in the car. and it's not constant, i feel it only sometimes. other times im absolutely fine. what is the issue here. please explain

My quadriceps muscle is weak.i gave started doing static quadriceps strengthening exercises twice a day ,15 repeatations. How long (1 month or 2 month or 3 month ) will it take to strengthen my quadriceps muscle back again to its original form.

All the joints in the body suddenly started giving cracking and popping sound. Especially Shoulder, Knee and Ankle Joint. Dull pain felt in the knee most of the time.

My father is facing bone pain in neck pain shoulders face since evening. What can be the possible causes as he dint do any physical work which can cause it. Any mosquito disease which has these symptoms? No fever or weakness.
