My mother who works in a school has been suffering from severe " backpain " for years now it has become worse  and she has visited allopathy doctors and was given some medicines .though,she took those medicines she is severely suffering.i would like to see my mother with no such problems .is there any permanent solution for this problem .sir.? I have already done X ray ,USG, MRI and two different types of blood test also. And all the reports are normal.Myself taken the calcium medicine for three months and pain killer incase of unbeatable pain .

My mother has knee pain doctor said knee bone erosion is started so given some tablets... can it be cured with tablets ??? What kind of exercises recommendable for my mother plz help me
