Sir my big brother age 28 and his left ulna fracture and doctor applied 3.0 mm tens. Now after 2 years of surgery can we remove this tens.

Hi I am suffering of ribs pain on checking my Vitamin D level it was found 10.1 wch is very low. what care should i take in my diet & routine as i am a vegeterian. how much sunlight per day?

I had done my full body check up and my vitamin d3 level is 12 Ng/ml and doctor give me maxid injection 2 times in 2 week. But still my butt bone is in terribale pain after sitting for 10 mins or more and pain in hand joints. Please advise some remedies for the same or provide your suggestions.

My brother broke his pelvis bone and dislocated hip around three months ago. Doctor used traction method to heal the broken leg. After 2 months the doctor said to use walker for walking and then move on to stick. In recent check up the doctor said that walk using stick, but there is pain in the heel and lameness in the leg. I asked doctor wether to consult physiotherapist to improve the movement of leg, swelling in foot and pain in heel. But he said it's not needed.
