Femur bone rod and screw
I'm advised to get screws and rod removed from femur, I will plan to get this done . I need to know how much time it will take to recover. Attached is not my x-ray but same as mine bone got healed completely. Rod inserted time sep 21 2015.

2-3 weeks. Avoid putting all the weight on your operated limb for few weeks to avoid post removal stress fractures.

Bone has healed. Time for bone to heal after removal of PFN is around 2 weeks.
Health Tips
Avoid direct weight bearing for 1 week. Avoid running for 1 month post implant removal.
