Bone & Muscle problems

I am suffering from all body joint pain since 6 year and I am consultant many doctors but not know what actually happen.

I have mild pain in my middle back since last month. I feel pain whenever I sit for 2-3 hours or especially when I go to sleep. This has disrupted my sleep. The pain is on the left side of backbone ( I don't feel much pain in the center part of backbone ). What can be the problem ?

Sometimes when I lean my neck towards backward i listen a popping type sound from my upper part of neck (near spinal cord). Also when I stretch my back i listen some crunching type sounds mainly from my upper back. This type of sound increases after long time in standing or sitting or lying position with bad posture. Also i feel little chest pain after this type of bad posture. Please tell me why this type of sound is arising during the mentioned movement? What natural things i can do for them? Please help me.
