I just started going to gym and seems I did some extreme exercise y'day (3 Day of my gym) since then I have developed severe pain in back side of my right shoulder (could be in infraspinatus or nearby muscles). Have pain in the heel of my legs for 1 week. Heel of both legs swell today. Got blood test done for Uric acid and report shows 7.2mg/dl. I am having painkiller for the pain in my legs Emanzen D. Please suggest further medication on this.
