Bone & Muscle problems

My mother suffering from severe backpain, radiate to right leg(mainly in calf muscles)and also twitching since 5 days.she has history of severe backpain 6 year back. she has also a history of rheumatoid arthritis and hypertension from 3 years for which she was taking medicine...and now it is controllable.. She also doing physiotherapy regularly Now on MRI finding- 1-large posterior right central lateral broad based protrusion of the L5-S1 disc compressing thecal sac and the right S1 nerve root with encroachment of neural foramina contacting the exiting nerve roots. 2-diffuse L4-5 bulge indenting thecal sac and encroaching the foramina contacting the exiting nerve roots. Facet arthropathy seen at this level .. 3-Lumbar canal stenosis at L5-S1 disc level.. Present treatment..she is on traction of 14 kg. Please suggest supportive treatment and management...

Hi, lately I'm having pain/irritation starting from my left hip area and goes till calf muscle and continues till upper muscle area of my heel. This pain/irritation is limited to left portion only. Knee bones cracks a lot and momentarily reduces the pain and in a minute or two the same thing repeats. It's increasing day by day. I'm confused which specialized doctor I shall consult with.. orthologist, neurologist and cardiologist already consulted. Need help.

Hi, While doing a weight lifting in Gym recently, May be because of slightly heavy weight, my left solder and the arm part immediately below the solder has started paining. I pains when I lift the hand side wise or little backward. Even I leave the hand free downward, It pains slightly. When I lift yhe hand by 180 degrees, Nonpains are felt. Request for the advice what could be the issue.

Hi there, I had a small injury in my left leg joint and specifically on the right side. There is no pain but am not able to walk normally even after 14 days off the incident. Swell reduced but still leg is not normal. Is physio there best solution for this?
