Bone & Muscle problems

I am suffering from an severe back pain which includes chest pain also at times while sleeping. I have an desk job sitting on chair with laptop in frnt. Visited a GP but he said its because of sitting constantly over chair. I dont have a good sleep from past a week also. I have become workholic alot. What can be the problem ?? And solution for the same ??

Hello doctors, I have been diagnosed with Spinal Canal Stenoses L3-L4, L4-L5, L5-S1 levels I am on medication since September and a slow improvement has been there I was in bed rest for a month, now working on a sitting job in bank and travelling is there in Bus for around 1.5 hours from one side I want to ask whether physiotherapy or Yoga Sessions will improve the thing or not I don't want to go for Surgery for this Report is attached for references Please suggest

I have been suffering from RT leg ankle sprain since last 4 days. I was playing & jumped on the ground then my RT leg ankle has been twisted and get swel after 2 hours. Today i go to doctor for prescription & get X-ray & report was normal declared by Dr at VELAN HOSPITAL, KUDANKULAM TAMILNADU. Now i wants to know that cold water or hot water is to be used ?? & also wants to know your advice for treatment to get well soon. Thanks

I am having pain in my bone which changes it's location. The pain is like my bone is being cut or pierced and it vanishes on it's own. First the pain started in fore arm then next day shifted to lower part of kneecap of left leg and now I am having pain in right shin bone.
