Meniscus tear injury suffering from4 years after that synovitis diagnosed 3 months physiotherapy has also done but it doest have any effect on me. Doing exercise daily but still after sitting for more than 1 hour it starts paining

Hello sir, I need your urgent help. on 15th Oct I got hurt on my back i.e. the place behind our stomach and little on the left to the backbone. I would like to call it the nuss. I got hurt in the huss and from 15 I am in immense pain . please suggest me what to do as I am having pain in the back and unable to do much works as it pains a lot.

Hi I have a pain in my right shoulder whenever I do triceps exercise in gym. pain move to the nerve till elbow joint...it feel like a single nerve is paining from neck to elbow while lifting the weight... I used to do pull ups and shoulder exercise but don't feel pain...only in triceps exercise this pain occurs..my form is correct as it is under guidance of proper trainer.. Small injury kind of happened when I bowled 10overs continuously on a day..that time I got the pain but that event happened 1.5year ago..still I feel discomfort when I raise my hand up...it seems like for heavy weight my right shoulder is giving me a problem after that bowling incident...also left shoulder is perfectly fine..

I have chest pain The left side from past One month. I consulted with cardiologist and did ECG eco-and TMT and all came normal then I went for xray and it is also normal. I'm taking medicines from past one month but no relief. Here is the list of medicine I have taken- Rabiym dsr, etoricoxib, mac rd, etoricoxib amd esipram 10. Right now i am taking ace proxyvon, and etizola beta. But no relief. I have also done vitamin B12 and thyroid test but all came normal. Please help.

The ring finger gets stuck in bent position. Immense pain in hand while moving. This happens especially in the morning time after waking up.

I've severe pain and big swelling in left knee joint. My Uric acid count of last week is 9.3. I also got high fever with inflammation. I hurt my ankle while playing football, It is swollen and I'm not able to rotate my ankle now. As I stay in hostel, I do not have access to ice. Can I use hot water instead of ice to reduce swelling?
