Dog bitten my friend 90 days ago over clothes. No vaccine taken. Dog is live, healthy & unvaccinated. He is having pain in both legs and arms last 2.5 months. Is it due to rabies or other dog related disease? Or any other reason ?

Arround 2 year ago in 2016 my mother suffered with Chikangunya after that she is suffering with heavy bones pain, swelling in legs, swelling in thumbs, continuous fever. From last two years we have visited number of doctors in Delhi NCR but haven't got any relief. Now she can not even move at her own. We tried physiotherapy, a d yoga and exercise also. Top hospitals we have visited. All the tests we carried out. Every doctor is saying different thing Some saying excess of URIC acid Some saying Gouts Some saying arthritis Some saying weak veins Some saying chikangunya effect I want some good suggestions from you. She is on pain killer and other medicines from last two years. Pls provide your suggestions
