Usage of epsom salt soak
How much epsom salt should i use to soak my elbow/arm which was tied up in a cast for 6 weeks to ease the pain and stiffness.

The amount of salt to be put in is variable, you can put your hands simply in warm water and start moving them. Gradually do it without heating.
