Was prescribred nervigen plus for mfps pain in back shoulders due to stereiods for uc took for 3 months its been 4 months left it. can i take it again for how long please suggest tks

My ankle was sprained 8 years ago but it still hurts, I ignored it so much but now it is unbearable specially in the morning time. There is a swelling as well around tibia. Please suggest what can I do now?

I get pain in my upper back back and shoulders and elbows since a year . That is I experience weakness and sort of pain in my back if I don't lean while sitting or driving two wheeler for more than half an hour.Even I can't hold my mobile for more than 5 minutes in sleeping position or when I lie down as I get pain in my elbows. So I have gone for cervical spine mri examination with full spine screening. Report : 1)Mild posterior osteophyte disc complexes c5,c6 and c6,c7 with posterior annular tear mildly indenting the thecal sac. Can you advice me what this problem means and is it curable with physiotherapy exercises and how intensified the problem is ?

I had MRI 1 month ago which showed " DIFFUSELY INCREASED SIGNAL INTENSITY" involving ACL sprain. Now I don't have any pain in my right knee.I want to get fresh MRI again. Will fresh MRI show normal ACL with no sparin , if injury has healed completely ???
