Back pain in Mid Region right side.
Hello Doctor, Recently the mid right region of my back just started aching even though I did not have any injury or any kind of excessive excercise. It pains when I try to rotate and see back. I am a software developer and I'm usually sitting close to my computer at work. Any help is appreciated. Thank You.
