I had injury in my knee during bowling in cricket... . From last 5 months there is pain in my knee. 1. I feel pIain while coming down stairs but not while going upstairs 2. I am not able to run even at slow speeds 3. But if I try to do squats i don't feel much pain 4. While lying down if I touch my knee to my chest and then try to extend back it makes sound and feels locked and it is painful. 5. Location of pain is below patella on little bit lateral side ( not on fully lateral side ) 6. I want to have career in sports or police force so this injury needs to be fully cured

I've had this hip pain (deep in joint and does not spread) that comes and goes since I was 14 years old. It hurts randomly, sometimes after standing for periods of time, sometimes after yoga. I've always had some limited mobility in my right hip also and I experience pain if it is stretched too far. I am not able to wear heels because it is painful. I was just diagnosed with scoliosis and I have 2 degenerated discs in my neck, and 1 in my back. Is there any correlation between my hip pain and my back?

I am having neck pain in left and right Back and up shoulders both... Which keeps on changing side... Sometimes goes and comes back again... I have taken ift therapy and ultrasound for 7 days... no big change... Xray normal... Blood tests normal .. only vitamin d deficiency... took whole cycle with injection shot... but no change ... My mother is suffering with joint pains and body pains since a month because of lack of vitamin D. She is being diagnosed since 3 days taking tablets(UP RISE-D3) and injections on alternate days. But she couldn't get out of that pains.
