I have been paining on my right elbow from last one month. Took medicines but not satisfied. Know it started on my left elbow as well. Kindly suggest me what to do.

Dear Sir, Pain in elbow can have a multitude of reasons, and the commonest being tennis elbow, since it has also been on the other side, there is a good possibility of it being Tennis elbow, you need a physical examination so as to ascertain your condition, and probably an X ray will be needed, Taking pain medicine for long might not help, as treating without a knowing a cause is not fruitfull.
