Sir mera distal femur fracture hua hai 4 month ho gye hai but very slow healing or sir usi knee mai kuch problem lagti hai but pain nhi hai plzzz sir suggest me

My knees started 2 months back. First it would start only if I was sitting on the chair for long and now it happens everytime I sit with folded knees. I feel a painful stretch on the outer side of the knee muscle of my legs.

I can walk about 4 km without any problems,but when I climbed staircase I find it difficult to raise the legs. I feel my legs gets heavy after climbing 8-9 steps. Also I find too much stress in knee. I am confused my this problem is related to heart disease or something else.

Looking for a any alternative solution on finger, can we plant a artificial top part of the it. It's right hand finger.

I have pain for the past 3 weeks in my right hand wrist. At the same area I have a ganglion. When I touch the ganglion there is no pain. But in general I have pain in the wrist area. I  Stopped playing badminton because if this. Iam not sure whether the wrist pain is due to ganglion or not ??. Pls suggest the way forward.
