I am very ashmed to wear knee length skirt and pants because of my bow legs.It is O like structure which embarrass me.How can i get rid from it. Does the bow leg correction belts is good

Hi, I have one concern regarding intake of caffeine while uric acid increased. As per my report my uric acid is 5.1 and it should ideally be under 5. So could you please  confirm if I can intake coffee in this situation. Thank you

Hi Doctor asked me to remove plaster after 45 days but I am out of town so please confirm can i 15 days extend the plaster cut date General in how many days healing completed?

I had a fracture in the lateral condyle of my tibia on 25/09/2018. The fracture had to be operated and a titanium plate and screws were inserted for proper healing. Now after almost a month my stitches have already been cut and pain is reduced and also swelling is gone. But my surgeon hasn't advised me any kind of exercise yet apart from moving my fingers and feet in to & fro direction. Please suggest what else can be done and after how much time should I start walking with a support..

I had an acl surgery in March this year but recently I have started feeling just like it was before surgery, while stretching my leg  there is a lot of pain in my right knee, I did mri yesterday to see if everything was fine , as per the findings in mri it reveals minimal joint effusion with: Acl post construction with edema along fibers. No obvious acl tear. Grade 2 signal in medial meniscus.

I m 66 yrs old suffering a chronic sciatica pain for last 2-3 years.
