I have back pain since one week, got zerodol tablets for one week, but after finishing those tablets, again pain started

Avoid forward bending. Avoid lifting of heavy weights. Go for Physiotherapy and back strengthening exercises. Hot water fomenation. Local analgesic gel. If it persists consultant local orthopaedician to get proper evaluation of cause of backache.
