Bone & Muscle problems

Suffering from bone and joints pain from quite ling time. Restlessness and fatigue.please suggest the reason for the same.

18 days ago I had 5th metatarsal bone fracture. Doctor recommended me temporary cast for 10 days. After 10 days he suggested for permanent cast or walker boot for next 4 week. I preferred POP cast and its been 9 days of POP cast.  My query is "now can I remove my POP cast and use walker boot?" When can I put some load on my leg, till now i have not put any load on left leg. I am using crutches to walk. I want to use walker boot as i have to travel in train to attend an important event.

I have joint pain when i do cycling or to much walking i dont know but previous some months this problem is not occuring.

Yesterday I had to hold bike without falling and has caused wrist pain. The pain increases when I try to rotate my wrist. There is no swelling or any colour change on skin. I am applying ice pack now. Can you please recommend the best solution

I injured my lowered back. I did my MRI which I am sending to u. Please read this flim. I have no serious pain but mild in my lower back and my left thigh and left butt.

When I lift heavy objects then my leg knee pains and after some time but after some time it become normal . It is due to any problem or my habit is not to do that's why ? What should I do . I am very concious about my health . I am a athlete . What should I do to solve it properly . My father has knee pain then I will also develop is it genetic or not .

Hi,. A month back i had an accident, due to which my left hand bone had hairline fracture.. the fracture is cured now.. but I'm not able to straighten my arm.. doc says theirs bone angulation.. and it will correct by itself.. it been 2 weeks since last doc visit.. can you tell me if i have to wait for it to correct by itself..

I have some pain in my spinal So can't turn my head properly suggest me what type of medicine I have to take or what type of workout I have do? Kindly help me out.
