She has pain in ankle of leg while walking. MRI has done showing tumor. What should have to do. Is necessary to surgery.

Please see attached xray and can someday tell is it really fractured or just sprained ? If really fractured what further clinical evaluation can be done ? The xray was done 13 days ago.

I have a knee pain. I was an athlete during my school and college days. I injured my knee 2 months ago whole doing sit-ups and lounges. Doctors have diagnosed it as osteoarthritis. How can I improve my condition? Will I be able to run and do normal weight lifting at my gym? I don't wanna spend rest of my life(I'm 27YO) limping and in pain. Please suggest. Thank you.
