Knee contusion
MRI reports :---Hyperintensity noted in posterior horn of medial meniscus and ACL which is sign of knee contusion. Please suggest treatment + how much time does it take to cure it

Hi A few questions you need to answer before I opine How did the injury occour and how long has it been? Do you have any instability in your knee, like a giving away sensation or does it lock in any particular position? What's your job?

If acl is completely torn then an arthroscopic reconstruction will be required
