Bone & Muscle problems

I have this pain for past 3 days . If I woke up feel like both leg and hand have more pain . I took blood test and x Ray and found everything normal . Also I have vitamin D3 deficiency and taking tablet for this . Yesterday I did oil massage and feel ok but again it started from this morning. If I walk feel ok , but if I sit then I feel this pain . I m taking pain killer every morning . So please suggest suitable solution since I m residing in Abu Dhabi currently .

From last 6 months im suffering from back pain. The pain go so bad in the night that i cant sleep whole night. I tried many massage. I was in the habit of surya namaskar . Then also i cant see any changes from the last 6 months. My husband is giving massage in the night to make me sleep. How can i get relief from this pain from the root .

I've been having pain in my leg for the past couple of weeks. When I going to bed within 10 minutes it starts. It starts from the shin and the calf till my ankle. I am not able to sleep properly because of this pain. Need advice. Thank you.
