Scaphoid waist fracture with viable proximal pole no avidence of Mr findings AVN and distal radius type 3rdfracture pain in wrist to move in any dirrction

Hi doctor I have undergone through discoid meniscus surgery in last year july 2017. But i am not able to put full weight on my leg . as doctor said my VMO muscle is weak due to 3 months inactive of my leg. Any suggestions to bring my leg strength back as like before surgery. I am able to walk and jump small heights till now. Can anybody give some suggestions to recover my leg. Thanks Rajendra prasad M

I had a bone cyst surgery in my right humerus on 13/12/2015 but by playing badminton i had broken my humerus on 2/9/2018 i wan't to know that will it heal by a cast or it needs surgery

I had injury in my left knee during bowling in cricket... . From that day there is pain in my knee. 1. I feel pIain while coming down stairs but not while going upstairs 2. I am not able to run even at slow speeds 3. But during squats i don't feel much pain 4. While lying down if I touch my knee to my chest and then try to extend back it makes sound and feels locked and it is painful. 5. The location of pain is below lower side of patella on central-lateral side of knee ( not fully lateral side ) 6. I want to have career in sports or police force so this injury needs to be fully cured...
