Middle back pain
I have mild pain in my middle back since last month. I feel pain whenever I sit for 2-3 hours or especially when I go to sleep. This has disrupted my sleep. The pain is on the left side of backbone ( I don't feel much pain in the center part of backbone ). What can be the problem ?

You need to go for postural correction, back muscle relaxation and then strengthening exercises to have long term relief. You may take muscle relaxants, apply local gels and hot fomentation to get initial relief.
