Bone & Muscle problems

I am suffering with backbone(downside)and shoulder blades pain from 1week . Sometimes i feel in balance while walking and light giddiness in my head . Feeling dizziness all the time .Can any one help me out with this .

Sir I have chest pain in before 6 months. Take ECG. ECOCARDIOGRAMA and endoscopy blood test is normal. My vitamin d insufficient. Vitamin d level is 18 ng/ml. This chance for chest pains

After six months of struggle . My ligaments have been healed which was seen in MRI but now doctor has found that there is knee synovial hypertrophy . That's why I have discomfort in sitting standing etc, I have been adviced for rest but I have taken 5months rest so now I would like to know how should I rest by leg and treat it in home. I want extra care explanation . What to avoid doing etc.

Have slipped from stair and 15 days back and getting pain on Right leg ankle. Taken the x-ray and found that no issue however, am getting pain while walking also swelling..getting pain while pressing on right side of ankle.. Have done B12 and D4 tests. D4 showing 8.95 i.e not sufficient. Please suggest..
