My muscle pulls when force is exerted on my right shoulder while playing . It feels as my arm has come out of the socket. I have to rest my arm a while and then it feels ok.
I had suffered an accident and fell on my shoulder due to which I think I have this problem

Have u got your shoulder examined by some clinician? If not please visit hospital for exact diagnosis of your problem. Till then avoid putting your shoulder in extreme positions
