Acute back pain
I started my job 6 months back and since then I have been having acute lower back pain since then. But the pain travels to upper back too . I can't sit for more than 20 minutes continuously as acute pain starts. Had pelvic bone x - rayed but the result was normal with no abnormalities. Please suggest me what to do next or what are the symptoms are of ? Thank you.
