While playing football yesterday I bent my ankle on an uneven surface on ground. Now I have problem walking - it hurts while I walk and it is swollen just in front of the elevated small bone hill on ankle (outer side of leg/ankle).
The area is little swollen and pains if I press it or I walk. It's been 24 hours. I have been applying Voloni spray, oxalgin gel, hot water with salt and ice pack on it.
I can move my ankle in circular motion but it feels jammed on the outer side.
Should I take any medicine now? Will it go on its own? How long to wait before I see a doctor? I can walk but with difficulty and can't put much wait on this leg. Injury is in right leg, outer side of ankle. I had hurt myself at same place 3-4 years back but it had cures with minor pain continued for long time.
