Swelled ankle joint. ANA test = 640 homogeneous. SM and RNP positive. Is this a confirmed test to confirm Lupus?

Dear Sir, your tests are indicative of any condition if your clinical symptoms and clinical findings are also pointing towards what your clincal tests are saying, so just giving opinion on basis of these tests will be not be usefull. I would request you to consult a Rheumatologist, and take treatment under his /her guidance.
