Rheumatoid arthritis
I am suffering from rheumatoid arthritis from past 9-10 years, my right knee got severely affected by it and it doesn't move in any direction it just got stuck and looks like a bended stick. My Dr. Who is an rheumatologist suggests me to get a knee replacement surgery as soon as possible but a surgeon told me that i would not get a knee replace as i am only 25 but i have rheumatoid arthritis in almost all my joints and my left knee has started affecting by it. And the surgeon told me that he would not conduct a total knee replacement surgery on my knee but he can operate my knee and make it straight like a straight stick of wood as my leg is slightly bended from knee but what is the benefit as my other knee has also started affecting by rheumatoid arthritis. What should i do ?

You need TKR BUT UR TOO YOUNG FOR REPLACEMENT. KEEP ON DOING PHYSIOTHERAPY. MODIFY YOUR SURROUNDINGS TO UR COMFORT. PROPER SLEEP, REST and proper diet. Keep on taking DMARDS with ur doctors advice. When  ever replacement surgery is planned u should have good muscle strength so keep on doing physiotherapy. .

Looking at your X-ray, you definitely will benefit from knee replacement if knee pain has restricted your walking ability. Young age is not a contra indication for knee replacement. However final decision can be made only after clinical evaluation and after examination of your hips and spine.
Next Steps
Clinical evaluation

The x ray doesnt look.too good. There is a possibility that the disease is still active in the knee joints and hence it is worsening the joint condition.  So it will be better to control inflammation first. Eventually you may need replacement but it would be better after disease is controlled
