Stitches on finger knuckle
Dear doctor, I recetly met with an accident and died too which my hand got a severe injury on the knuckles ans had deep cut. I immidiately consulted the orthopedic doctor and after seeing which he stitched the cut part as there was no injury to the bones. Now the stitches are removed and the wound is still getting healed. But now I'm unable to fold my finger and i feel a severe pain while i try to do that. Since the wound is exactly in the knuckle and the doctor took the skin close and stitched together. So, i feel the flexible skin on the knuckle is lost. I am afraid not wheter i can do the activities normally? Can i fold my fingers as before? Kindly advise me.

It seems to me that you have injury to your tendons. You must visit a hospital ortho dept & have a detailed examination of your hand  done. Kindly do not ignore.
