Bone & Muscle problems

Hello Doctor, Need sone help here, My mother have lower back pain, when we check with one of orthopedic doctor with spine x ray, he told us that she have L5 S1 listhesis issue. And need to operate asap. He also advised for MRI to be done. But cos of covid we have not done yet. Doc have prescribed some calcium tablets for one month. Pls advise can it be sured without surgery of spine ? Any other treatment we can do to resolve this issue ? Pls advise.

Hello Doctor, My vit D is very low 12. I am vegetarian and not sure what things I should eat to increase my vit d together with exposure to sunlight. Also plz suggest me some medicine for it. Thanks

The pain is migratory. it started from my wrist joint 1 month ago. It is continuously moving from then to other joints. It feels as if muscle is stretched inside I can't move that joint for following 3 days. When the pain worse I tend to feel feverish. I have now started getting panic attacks and anxiety due to this reason. I also had back pain from back some years .

Hi doctor, My mother is 52 years old, nd she hv many health issues. I am very worried for her. She is suffering from osteoarthritis from last 5 years, we are taking ayurvedic medicines for her. Problem is currently she is getting pain on her back pain.previously She was facing this on 2015 after treatment it fixed. But again from August this back pain started. We don't want her to take lot of medicine again. Doctor here giving medicines that works as long as she is taking them. Pls suggest any gud option. Please. She cant able to sleep bcz of pain.

Hi, I slipped on the surface and after that it pains when I walk a lot and i am unable to walk properly. I have had similar situation long back as well and now also i am facing same problem by slipping on the wet surface. I have got the  X-ray but the pain is still there and i am still not able to walk freely and without . This happened like 15 days back.

I have pain in my elbow joint ,I can't even lift things properly,also in night it becomes stiff and I can't find proper area of pain there. There is no swelling but pain feels like swell and heavier also I am sharing my hand pic in which its looks swelling there , please help

I am32 years old unmarried woman. I've got pain in the left side of my lower back for last 25 days. Got my X Ray done in which it is written " Ring of lumbar Spine - Early oestophyte formation seen" pain remains all the time. I find difficulty bending forward. And pain aggravates with activity. The pain sometimes goes into left hip and then leg aswell. Happened with me for the first time. Need Doctor's advice please.

My mother is saving sever pain in her feet . Extreme burning . She will be very tired even after little work. I feel she has lost 5-10kg weight in 2 years . She is taking regular medicine(rheumatic fresh)for leg pain and took 15 days neurokem for burning sensation .
