Bone & Muscle problems

Sometime back, orthopaedic suggested to use Actis C2 tablets for two months when visited for joint pain. Now, my mother couldn't stop it after 2 months as discontinuing the tablets make the pain worse. She is fine if she is taking the tablet regularly. My concern is that will there be any side effects with regular usage of this tablet? Or. Is it fine to use it for daily? Please advice.

Hello I am having osteopoikilosis on right hip joint as per the observations found by CT and MRI scan. The pain is very severe and none of the Doctors have much solutions on it as its very rare of the cases found. Can any suggest any excercises or medicines.

Hello, I am feeling whole body fatigue since 3 weeks. Muscle pain in upper and lower back. Pain in lower left ribs. Specially when I turn and twist my body. Also on pressing lower left ribs. My blood test has vitamin d at 8ng/ml and platelet count as 130,000. I am taking d rise 60k from today till 2 months, 1 sachet per week. Can I take 5k IU pill per day after that? Also please suggest if weakness is due to low platelet count and how should I correct platelet count.

My mom left hand thumb finger side getting swelled suddenly when she fold down the hand its looks like swelling if hold the hand normally doesnt look swelling plz suggest me i ll put the picture below

I went for acl reconstruction on 2nd July  for my right knee my stitches were removed on 14 July , I am doing knee pressing, side abduction , leg raises , ankle pumps as per my doctor had advised me but he told me not to do knee flexion more than 30 degree and he also told me not to put weight on leg and walk with the help of walker without putting right leg on surface till 4th June...???can please any one guide me...???

Hi 29 male... Few days back i have tingling sensation in my right hand... Stretch in right shoulder and neck... But some stretching and taking fenec plus and volini gel... There is no problem in shoulder and neck... And there is no problem in movement after... But from yesterday i feel my right ear is full and heavy and heavy right jaw... No numbness or no tingling... Just feeling heavyness... Pls suggest treatment and why this happened...
